Spicy roasted seaweed squid Ingredients: squid-290g sushi seaweed-1 pack has 10 pieces of protein (closed) 1) Cut the seaweed into an inch width, spare. 2) Take 4 pieces of squid with two folds. Use a small section to cut the squid and roll it up. Use protein to close the mouth. 3) Put it in a preheated oven at 140° (open the fan) and bake for about 15 minutes. (My oven is baked at 150° for 20 minutes) I used 2 big bags of big squid and a small bag of big squid (120g and 50g respectively)
